  • Step 1:

    Your door is made with solid wood (timber), engineered wood or composite board.

  • Step 2:

    The depth of your door is greater than 35mm. That’s 3.5cm or 1.4 inches. (Most standard front doors in Australia are 35mm or thicker)

  • Step 3:

    The edge of your door is flat, and it doesn't have a step/recess/setback.

  • Step 4:

    You have at least 100mm (10cm or 3.9 inches) of flat space on your door (from the frame to the start of any glass panel or decoration).

Special Notice Regarding Compatibility

We strongly recommend confirming your door's compatibility with our team in advance.

If you place an order without confirming your door type and the product is incompatible:

  • If the product remains unopened and the packaging is intact, you may notify us within 14 days of the delivery date to return the product for a full refund or exchange it for another model. You will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
  • If the product has been opened or used, and it is not compatible with your door despite our general guidance, please contact us. While this is not considered a product fault, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include a restocking fee or a partial refund.

Important Note: Your rights under Australian Consumer Law for a faulty product are not limited by this policy. If a product is genuinely faulty, we will provide a full refund, repair, or replacement as required by law.

Tip：

Step 1: Please ensure your door thickness is ≥ 3.5 cm.

Step 2: If the front side of the door has glass, please measure the distance from the edge of the glass to the edge of the door.

Step 3: Measure the available width on the back side of the door and compare it with the installation width of each lock model.

If the measurements exceed the installation range, do not install the lock yourself.
