Yes, the Lockin Veno series supports the Matter protocol, allowing seamless integration with your existing smart home ecosystem.
You can connect the lock to a Matter-compatible hub to integrate with platforms such as Apple Home, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Samsung SmartThings.
Once connected, you can control the lock through a single app or via voice assistants for convenient remote locking and unlocking.

Can I install the Lockin Veno Plus Video Smart Lock on any door Type?

It is suitable for doors that meet the following conditions:
Material: Wooden doors
Door Thickness: 1⅜ in- 2¹¹/₆₄ in(35-55 mm)
Crossbore Diameter：2⅛ in / 54 mm
Backset: 2⅜ in / 60 mm or 2¾ in / 70 mm
Door Hole Diameter: 1 in / 25.4 mm
Deadbolt Latch Box Depth: ≥25.4mm (1 in)
Minimum Distance Between Handle and Crossbore Center(For Solar Charge Panel Installation): 3 in / 75 mm
Compatible with Single Cylinder, Storm Doors or Mortise Locks NOT Compatible
*Note that Lockin Veno series is not compatible with storm doors as the storm door may block the camera. We recommend that you ensure your door is a standard entry door without a storm door before installing this producct.
*Works with doors that have a rectangular latch faceplate cutout. Not compatible with round faceplate cutouts.

What is Lockin's privacy policy like?

The data (biometric palm veins, fingerprints, passwords) in Lockin Veno locks is storedlocally on the lock and is not uploaded. Lockin Veno needs to be operated through theLockin Smart App because it needs to remote control the lock, which will use the cloudservice deployed on Amazon AWS for remote command, nor leak users' information.Password of WlFl will only be stored on the device, not on AWS. Lockin Smart App doesnot collect personal information from users. Lockin strictly complies with privacyregulations.

How do I charge the Lockin Veno?

Wired Charging (Type-C): Use a 5V 2A power adapter with a Type-C charging cable. Open the exterior assembly battery cover, remove the battery and connect it to the harger by Type-C cable.

Status Indicators:
- Solid Green: Fully charged (total 6-8 hours)
- Solid Red: Charging in progress

Where is the keyhole on the Lockin Veno?

The mechanical keyhole is located inside the doorbell button on the exterior assembly. You can use the two mechanical keys provided with the lock for physical unlocking. Please keep your mechanical keys in a secure place. We recommend storing one key as a backup in your car for emergencies.

Is the Lockin Veno waterproof?

The exterior assembly of the Lockin Veno is rated IP65, making it resistant to dust and water splashes, suitable for outdoor use.

However, please note that the interior panel is not waterproof, so it should be installed in a protected indoor environment.
