How to reset the door lock?

Press and hold the "Lock and Unlock buttons" on the back panel of the door lock for more than 5 seconds, then enter the administrator information on the front panel according to the voice prompt to reset the door lock.
Note: After resetting, the door lock can be unlocked with the default password 1478963.

What should I do if the door lock is out of power and I can't get in?

When the power is less than 10%, the "power" icon on the front panel of the door lock lights up red, the APP reminds you, and the voice reminds you. Please charge it in time.
If the battery runs out due to failure to charge in time, you can use a Type-C external power supply to supply emergency power to unlock the door at the emergency power port at the bottom of the outer panel of the door lock, or use the mechanical key to unlock the door.

What if the door lock cat's eye camera doesn't work?

First, check whether the lithium battery is charged and check the door lock battery level in the APP. Secondly, confirm whether the Wi-Fi connection status is normal.

How to switch the door lock WiFi?

Device details page -- > Settings -- > Device Information -- > WiFi -- > Change WiFi, then select a new WiFi to switch, the door lock only supports connecting to 2.4G frequency band WiFi network.
