This Shipping Policy explains how products, installation services, and project-based orders supplied by AT Smart Pty Ltd are handled, including delivery, installation logistics, and project scheduling.

Product Shipping (Products Orders)

Free Standard Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all product orders over AUD $300 shipped within Australia.

This applies to products only, including smart locks and other smart home devices purchased without installation or project services.

Shipping Method

  • All product orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse

  • Shipments are sent via Australia Post

  • All deliveries include a tracking number

  • Tracking details will be emailed once the order has been dispatched

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes (Products Only)

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Estimated Delivery

  • Delivery usually takes 2–8 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery time may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions

Installation Services & Delivery

Does Installation Include Delivery?

  • For orders that include installation services, product delivery is coordinated as part of the installation process

  • Products may be delivered directly to the installation address or brought by our technicians on the installation date

  • Standard eCommerce delivery timeframes do not apply to installation orders

Travel & Location Fees

Additional fees may apply if:

  • The installation address is more than 40 km from our store

  • The installation location is outside the Metro area

The final installation price (including any travel or out-of-metro fees) will be confirmed with you during phone order confirmation prior to scheduling.

Project Orders (Project-Based Services)

Important Notice for Project Orders

Project-based orders, including:

  • Whole-home smart home systems

  • Multi-device installations

  • Custom or staged installations

are not subject to standard product shipping policies.

Project Scheduling

  • Delivery and installation timelines are determined per project

  • Scheduling depends on:

    • Project scope and complexity

    • Product availability

    • Site readiness

    • Geographic location

Interstate Projects

  • Project timelines may vary between states

  • Installation scheduling outside Victoria may require additional coordination and lead time

All project delivery and installation schedules will be confirmed individually after order placement.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure all delivery and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by the customer:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery

  • AT Smart is not responsible for failed deliveries under these circumstances

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Public holidays

  • Weather or other unforeseen circumstances
