Goods and Services

By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions relating to the goods and services provided by AT Smart Lock as set out on this website. These Terms and Conditions (subject to these Terms of Use) apply to all goods and services supplied to you pursuant to any order placed through this website.

The Company may amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating them on this website or by providing written notice to you.

The amended Terms and Conditions (subject to these Terms of Use) will apply to all goods and services supplied to you pursuant to any order placed through this website following such amendment.

Scope of Offerings

We provide three categories of content:

  • Smart Locks
  • Smart Home Products
  • Smart Home System / Project Services

Project Services Disclaimer You acknowledge that Smart Home System / Project Services differ from ordinary online shopping goods. The following terms apply specifically to these services:

  • Service Inclusions: Installation, commissioning (debugging), and programming are classified as part of the service content.
  • On-Site Dependencies: System operation is dependent on on-site conditions, including but not limited to network stability, power supply, and building structure.
  • External Factors: Third-party platforms and mobile applications are considered external factors beyond our direct control.

Installation & Support

All installation services include on-site installation, system setup, user training, and warranty activation.

For aluminium doors, iron doors, or doors with double-layer security structures, additional modification or reinforcement fees may apply.

Within 6 Months After Installation (0–6 Months)

If the lock is installed by our team and a quality issue arises within six (6) months of installation, we will provide free on-site inspection and replacement, including both labour and product costs. Customers will not be required to pay any fees.

After 6 Months – Within 2-Year Warranty (6–24 Months)

If a quality issue arises after six (6) months but within the two (2)-year warranty period, customers remain entitled to free repair or replacement. However, if an on-site inspection is required, a call-out fee of AUD 99 will apply per visit.

If customers are able to describe the issue using photos or videos, they should send the materials to info@atsmartlock.com.au. Our support team will conduct an initial remote assessment. If the issue is confirmed to be a product quality defect, we will arrange the appropriate follow-up service.

Payment for goods and services ordered through this website must be made in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

If you make payment by credit card, debit card, charge card, or other form of payment card (“Card”), you agree that the Company may charge applicable fees to the extent permitted by law.

By authorising payment through this website using a Card, you represent and warrant that you are the cardholder (or a duly authorised user of the cardholder) and that you authorise the Company to debit from that Card all amounts owing to the Company for goods and services ordered through this website.
